  Can I order cold items?

Yes.  All resorts are equipped to store both refrigerated and frozen items, so your items stay fresh and cold.

 


What forms of payment do you accept?

I currently accept Paypal, personal checks, and money orders. You may also pay with credit card through Paypal without a Paypal account.


  What are your rental prices?

Rental prices are for length of stay up to 10 days.  $5/day for each additional day.

  How do I receive my items?

Groceries and rentals are delivered to and held by bell services at your resort.  In some cases, your groceries will be delivered to your room prior to your arrival.  When you arrive, visit the bell desk or press the luggage button on your room phone.  If bell services is unable to locate your items, please kindly inform them they may have been delivered the night before.


 
Do you shop for items other than groceries?

Yes.  I am happy to accommodate most requests.  Some examples are clothing and prescriptions.  If there is anything you need, please let me know.


  I need something today.  Can you help me?

In most cases, yes.  Please be aware there may be an additional service fee for orders with less than 24 hours notice.


  I’ve sent you a request.  How soon should I expect a response?

I typically respond to most correspondence within 24 hours.  Extremely busy times of the year or after time off there may be a delay.
